This application is for condonation of delay of 1096 days caused in filing the first appeal. Since the appeal is filed by the original claimants, whose land is acquired by the respondents and for the reasons stated in the application, this Court is inclined to allow this application. Hence, the application is allowed. Delay of 1096 days is condoned. Office to register the appeal. The application stands disposed of.
