In Civil Application No.9098 of 2023, the learned Advocate for the applicants submits that respondent No.3 has expired and legal heirs of deceased respondent needs to be brought on record. The respondents have no objection to allow the application. In view of the same, the application is allowed and disposed of. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. 2.

In Civil Application No.1736 of 2021, for the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay of 529 days caused in filing

942 CA 9098-2023 appeal, is allowed and disposed of.

In Civil Application No.1737 of 2021, the learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the amount has been deposited in this Court as per the directions of this Court. In view of the same, the Stay order passed by this Court dated 04/02/2021, is confirmed. Application is disposed of.
