Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

Mr. Gore, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that no confidence motion was passed against the petitioner by majority of 7 against 2 and respondent no.4 was disqualified on 06.07.2023, therefore, once respondent no.4 was disqualified, she was not supposed to participate in the no confidence motion.

In fact, on the date when no confidence motion was passed, respondent no.4 was not disqualified and after no confidence motion, she was disqualified on 06.07.2023. Therefore, I do not find a reason to interfere with the order dated 06.07.2023 passed by the District Collector, Hingoli.
