PER COURT :- 1) Heard. The petitioner is objecting to the auction notice issued by Tahsildar concerning certain properties belonging to the petitioner-society for discharging the liabilities of the depositors.

2) We have perused the contents of the petition and heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner society is not in a position to pay the dues recoverable by the depositors; and as such, coercive action was required to be taken.

3) We do not find any infirmity in the action taken by the respondents. The petition is devoid of substance and hence stands rejected.
