Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.72 of 2024 registered with Bhusawal Bazar Peth Police Station, Tq.Bhusawal, Dist. Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under sections 8(c), 21(c) and 22(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. 3.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the police arrested the co-accused with psychotropic substance namely methaqualone. Thereafter, the co-accused disclosed the name of the applicant as supplier. The police went to the house of applicant. In a search, nothing is found and no narcotic drugs were recovered from him. There are no antecedents to his discredit. Hence, the applicant may deserve bail.

The learned APP for respondent/State submits that offence is serious. The applicant is supplier of such a harmful drugs. His name

Perused the papers.

Admittedly, there was no recovery from the applicant. His name came forward from the co-accused. There are no antecedents to his discredit. Hence, it is inappropriate to keep him behind bars. Hence, the order:-
O R D E R
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant - Mrudul Champaklal Vaidya be released on bail in Crime No.72 of 2024 registered with Bhusawal Bazar Peth Police Station, Tq.Bhusawal, Dist. Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under sections 8(c), 21(c) and 22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount, on the conditions that;
(a) He should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(b) He should attend the trial on each and every effective date of hearing and co-operate with the Trial Court to conclude the trial.
