DELAY For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned.

The Civil Application stands disposed off.

WITHDRAWAL Heard. This application is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the State/Acquiring Body in the office of this Court towards compensation of the lands those were acquired.

The learned AGP opposes the application stating that in the present case the learned Reference Court has enhanced the amount of compensation for more than 12 times quite on higher side, however, at the same time the Court has to consider that entire amount is lying in this Court, which is not in the interest of any of the parties. For all these reasons this Court is inclined to pass following order :

ORDER

(i) The Civil Application stands allowed.

(ii) The applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertakings.

(iii) The Civil Application stands disposed off.

INTERVENTION.

Heard.
