This is an application seeking leave to amend memo of writ petition. Mr. Bajaj, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 and learned AGP oppose the request on the ground the averment sought to be introduced is alien to the matter in dispute. 2.

Writ petition is not yet admitted. Even otherwise, the respondents will have every right to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment by filing affidavit in reply. In the light of that, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Necessary amendment be carried out within 14 days. Civil application disposed of.
