This application is filed by claimants for condonation of delay of 1647 days in filing the cross objection. 2.

Learned advocate for the insurance company vehemently opposed the application stating that the delay is not properly explained.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned on condition that claimants shall not be entitled for interest, if any, for the period of delay.
