In view of the reply tendered on behalf of RespondentPetroleum Corporation and more specifically in view of the fact that Respondent No.2 has been issued a letter of intent and concerned Respondent has also commenced the Gas Agency, challenge raised in the instant petition does not deserve consideration. Apart from this, it is disclosed that petitioner does not fulfill the eligibility requirement provided under the advertisement. In this view of the matter, learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Learned Counsel for the petitioner also informs that the petitioner has initiated certain proceedings concerning the Residence Certificate issued in favour of Respondent No.2.
