The process initiated in the year 2014 for making appointment by issuing advertisement in the year 2014 itself has come to an end in the year 2016 and the appointments have been made.

Learned counsel for Zilla Parishad states on instructions that on completion of the process initiated in the year 2014, further process for making appointment was also initiated and the same is concluded in the year 2017.

In this view of the matter, challenge raised to the process of appointment which has already concluded is rendered stale.

It would be open for the petitioner to participate in the next process of appointment, if any.
