Learned AGP points out that a second revision u/s 257 of the M.L.R. Code is the statutory remedy available to the petitioner. 2.
Learned Advocate for the petitioner, therefore, submits that he would prefer to approach the State by filing a second revision and the time spent before this Court may be considered as a ground for condonation of delay.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of.
