Present applicant is an accused in Crime No. 18/2015 registered with Bhokar Police station for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The investigation is almost completed and out of total three accused, two accused are already released on bail. 3.

The present application is pressed by learned Counsel for the applicant on the ground of parity.

The prosecution case is that the applicant along with other two accused persons have committed robbery and there is

4202.15crapln -2recovery of vehicle used in the said crime along with other articles. According to prosecution, there is sufficient evidence available against the present applicant and as such, the application is liable to be rejected.

If the order passed by this Court on 01/08/2015 in Criminal Application No. 3223 of 2015 and Criminal Application No. 3952 of 2015 is seen, second applicant namely Shriniwas was attributed role of giving tip to the accused persons, whereas other applicant Syed Amjad is concerned, from whom the discovery of cell phone was made and ornaments were recovered from his house. 6.

In view thereof, it will be appropriate to order release of the present applicant on bail. I propose to pass the following order. Applicant Imram Qureshi s/o Saleem Qureshi be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. 18 of 2015, registered at Bhokar Police Station, District Nanded, for the offence punishable under Section 392, 395 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on his executing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount. 7.

Criminal Application stands disposed of.
