On 17/07/2021, we had recorded the submissions of the learned Advocate for the applicant and had passed the following order :- "1. The learned Advocate appearing for the applicants submits that he would be complying with the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules for withdrawing his appearance on behalf of the applicants and enable them to engage a new advocate.

2. Shri V.G.Kudale, the learned advocate representing respondent Nos.7, 9 and 10 submits on the prayer in this civil application that an identical prayer was put-forth by the same applicants herein in Civil Application No.4622 of 2019 seeking the same relief of modification of the order dated 06.02.2019. He, therefore, submits that the applicants are playing tricks with the Court. khs/Aug. 2021/881

3. Shri Deshpande submits that he was not made aware of this aspect of the matter and since he has realized that these details were suppressed from him by the applicants, he desires to follow the procedure to seek discharge.

4. Stand over to 06.08.2021 in the urgent orders category." 2.

Today, after perusing the order dated 16/07/2019 passed by this Court in CA No.4622/2019 with regard to the similar prayer that, the earlier order of this Court dated 06/02/2019 be modified or reviewed, we expressed our dis-inclination.

3, The learned Advocate for the applicant Surajmal Loya, submits on instructions that the applicant desires to withdraw this application. 4.
