This is third application filed for withdrawal. In view of orders already passed in the matter, allowing the applicants to withdraw Rs. 6,00,000/- and challenge raised in the appeal, application seeking withdrawal further amount cannot be entertained. Earlier order dated 20-07-2018 merge into subsequent order dated 11-07-2019. I am, therefore, not inclined to entertain the application.
