Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

Perused the application. The grounds for condonation of delay appear to be just and proper. Delay does not appear to be deliberate and inordinate. Therefore, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The delay of 17 days in filing the present revision application is condoned.
