Heard learned A.G.P. for applicants/State.

Learned A.G.P. submits that the amount to be deposited in terms of conditional order dated 13/09/2019 could not be deposited within stipulated period provided in the order due to out burst of Corona Virus and receipt of funds from State Govt. Now, the applicants have received the amount and urged to extend the time to deposit the amount and further confirm the stay to execution of order under challenge.

Learned counsel for respondent/claimants has no objection to extend the time provided the amount is deposited within two weeks from today.

Subject to deposit of amount in terms of order dated 13/09/2019 on and before 31/12/2020 the applications stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'. Failure to deposit the amount within stipulated period, the stay granted stands vacated. If the order is complied, the interim order granting stay stands confirmed and same shall operate till disposal of Appeals.
