This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court.

In the fitness of things, the applicant is allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court. 50% amount is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% amount by furnishing solvent security/surety. 4.
