By way of this application, the petitioner is seeking to amend the writ petition firstly, in view of the subsequent event wherein she has been transferred from aided division to unaided division and secondly, due to incorrect name of the teacher. Even the petitioner wants to add certain documents.

Though the learned advocate for the respondents no. 3 and 4 seeks time to file reply to this civil application, in our considered view, when the writ petition is still to be admitted, the respondents would get appropriate opportunity even to controvert the portions being

2 CA / 9561 / 2023 sought to be added by way of amendment. No prejudice is likely to be caused to the respondents.

Amendments to be carried out within one week. 6.

The respondents no. 3 and 4 shall file their reply in the writ petiton within four weeks.
