This appeal is placed before us in today's National LokAdalat. Mr. Swapnil Dargad holding for Mr. S. G. Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for the appellant is present. The learned Advocate for appellant submits that appellant wants to withdraw the appeal.

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the concerned Labour Court in W.C.A. No. 11/2009. 3.

The learned Advocate for appellant also fled withdrawal pursis which is marked as "X".

In view of the withdrawal pursis (marked as "X") the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.
