Heard Shri Mahajan, learned counsel for the applicant. Shri Mahajan states, on instructions, that trial is on the verge of conclusion. He submits that only evidence of investigating officer is remained to be recorded. He submits that if investigating officer appears, trial can be concluded within fifteen days. 2.

In view of this, learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one month from the date of receipt of writ from this Court.
