So far as regards prayer clause "B" is concerned, it would depend upon the subjective satisfaction of the detaining authority. It is prerogative of the detaining authority to take decision on the basis of the material supplied by the sponsoring authority. No protection in that regard can be given by this Court. The detaining authority may take decision on the basis of the material available with the sponsoring authority.
