The Civil Application No.9076/2023 is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondents No.3 and 4. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the legal heirs of the deceased respondent submits that the middle name of deceased Dwarkabai has been changed by following appropriate procedure. As there is no objection for the same, the Civil Application for bringing legal heirs on record is allowed and disposed of. Necessary amendment in the appeal be carried out within a period of two weeks.

The Civil Application No.777 of 2023 is filed for withdrawal of compensation amount. List the said application on 29/09/2023. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay of 529 days caused in filing the appeal, the said application is allowed and disposed of.

In the civil application filed for Stay, the learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the amount has been deposited in this Court as per the directions of this Court.
