CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 7388 OF 2025 1.

By this application, the applicant seeks to amend the petition in order to bring on record subsequent developments and also to add a prayer to challenge order dated 19th June 2025, passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), during pendency of this petition, whereby the main appeal itself filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.

In the interest of justice, we are inclined to allow the application, so that the petitioner can raise a comprehensive challenge Shrikant Malani

15.WP.6721.2025.doc to the orders passed by the DRAT.

The contesting respondent No.1 - Union Bank of India is permitted to file an additional affidavit in response to the amended pleadings within two weeks from today.

We are further informed that in terms of the affidavit of service all the respondents, except respondent Nos.7 and 12, have been served. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent Nos.7 and 12 are not contesting respondents. 5.

In that light, on the next date of hearing, this Court will take up the petition for final hearing/disposal. 6.

List for hearing/disposal on 20th August 2025, in the "urgent orders category."

The interim order to continue till then.
