The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 552 days which occurred since they were busy in the medical treatment of original claimant who was suffering from dementia. The learned AGP though raised strong objection but considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay of 552 days is hereby condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
