The Insurance Company is seeking condonation of delay of 811 days in fling the First Appeal against the judgment and award dated 15.03.2019 in MACP No.114/2015, which has been caused due to pandemic situation during Covid-19. The learned Counsel Mr. Jadhavar for Respondents No.1 to 6 submitted his no objection. However, none appeared for Respondents No. 7 & 9 despite service. The learned Counsel for Respondent No.8 remained absent.

{3} In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 811 days stands condoned and the application is accordingly disposed of.

The appeal be listed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any.
