The result of the petitioner for final year of B.Sc. Agriculture examination is withheld on the ground that the validity certificate is not submitted by the petitioner.

Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel submits that the vigilance has also been conducted. The petitioner filed his say to the vigilance report.

The petitioner requested to the Committee to decide the proceeding. The petitioner requires marksheets and other documents for admission of P.G. Course.

The final merit list is to be displayed on 20.8.2018. The provisional merit list is to be published on 13.8.2018. The last date for submission of application form is 9.8.2018.

It is not disputed that the petitioner has taken admission to the P.G. course from the reservation category.

Considering the fact that validation proceeding is pending, we direct respondent nos. 3 and 4 to declare the result of the petitioner of B.Sc. Agriculture final year examination. However, the petitioner will not take benefit of reservation unless and until validity certificate is issued to

wp8972.18 him. The respondent Committee shall decide the validation proceeding, if it is possible, upto 13.8.2018 i.e. the date of submissions of provisional merit list. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 8.8.2018 and file say to the vigilance report on the said date.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
