DATE : 02 AUGUST 2024 ORDER :- The petitioner, who is one of the resident Doctors and a joint signatory to representation is soliciting a direction to the respondent No.3 Dean of the Government Medical College and Hospital for considering the joint representation dated 15.07.2024, for increase in dearness allowance. 2.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No.3 to take appropriate decision as per the direction issued by the Director of Medical Education and Research addressed to all the Deans dated 28.12.2022 and the subsequent request by the petitioner and similarly placed resident doctors.
