The learned Advocate representing the M.J.P. submits on instructions that the Petitioner would now be superannuated on 30.09.2024. He is a Sub Divisional Officer in M.J.P. He will be deployed either in the M.J.P. Division Parbhani Office or in the Sub Division Office at Parbhani. If there is any untoward incident or if he conducts himself in a manner which would attract disciplinary proceedings, the M.J.P. would not hesitate to proceed against him and in these circumstances, the M.J.P. will also take into account the report submitted by the Zillha Parishad as regards the conduct of the Petitioner khs/August 2024/8204

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions from the Petitioner, who is present before the Court and is instructing the learned Advocate that, he would report for duties on 16.08.2024. The M.J.P. may inform him today or tomorrow as to the Office where he has to report for duties, on his e-mail.IDsbhaganagare66@gmail.com. He assures that his further tenure till 30.09.2024, would be uneventful. He prays for continuity in service from the date the Zilla Parishad has ended his deputation. The learned Advocates for the M.J.P. and the Zilla Parishad submit that there is no break in service of the Petitioner. We expect the M.J.P. to also pay him the salary from the date on which the deputation ended, till 15.08.2024.
