Heard Mr.M.M.Bhokarikar, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.S.G.Chapalgoankar, learned counsel for respondent No.2. 2.

Mr.Bhokarikar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the appeal was decided on 24-10-2018 in which this Court (Coram: P.R.Bora, J.) allowed the appeal but awarded interest from the date of appeal instead of from the date of petition. He submits that this is an error and can be corrected by this Court. 3.

Mr.Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that this is not an error. In many matters, this Court has awarded interest from the date of appeal and not from the date of petition. He submits that if at all the applicant is aggrieved by the Judgment and order, appropriate remedy for him is review. 4.

Mr.Bhokarikar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he will prefer review. He does not press this application for modifcation of the order. In view of this, application is disposed of.
