Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.447 of 2021, registered with New Mondha Police Station, District Parbhani, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 120-B read with Section 34 of the IPC and Section 3 and 4 of the M.P.I.D. Act and Section 58-B of the R.B.I. Act.

On similar complaints, 19 crimes were registered against the applicant and other co-accused. In all the matters, the allegations were identical and the nature of the investigation was also same. The applicant was the Manager of the

932-BA.1379-24.odt Company. The property of the company has been attached. He has no role to play in the crime.

It seems that investigation has been done on similar allegations of 19 FIR. It being a case of depositors, there may not be a new investigation. The Court is of the view that his detention would serve no purpose. The trial may take its time. Therefore, he deserves bail. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant BAPUSAHEB CHHABU CHAVAN be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) He should attend the trial on each and every date.
