The Applicants have put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "B) The Writ Petition No. 9829/2022 be decided in commensuration with the Judgment and Order passed in the identical Writ Petition No.2806/2020;"

Since the Petition has been admitted by this Court (Coram : Nitin W. Sambre and S. G. Chapalgaonkar, JJ.) vide the order dated 29/03/2023, this Civil Application is disposed off. 3.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the Judgment of this Court, dated 09/12/2021 in Writ Petition No.2806/2020, delivered

9268.23ca (2) at Aurangabad, has not been challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. A Review Petition has been filed by the Acquiring Body and the same is pending in this Court. 4.

In view of the above, liberty to the Petitioners to move a Civil Application for an early hearing of the Writ Petition, if so advised.
