CORAM: SHANTANU S. KEMKAR & NITIN W. SAMBRE, JJ.

DATE: 21.08.2017 ORDER :

1] Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2] This civil application seeks extension of time, which was initially fixed by this Court on 27.7.2016 and extended vide order dated 28.4.2017, in Writ Petition No.10836/2015.

3] For the reasons stated in the civil application, by way of last indulgence, we dispose of this civil application by extending time, fixed in the original

CA 10678/17 in WP 10836/15 - 2 - order dated 27.7.2016 passed in writ petition as also extended vide order dated 28.4.2017 passed in Civil Application No.5948/2017, by a further period of three months from today. Needless to say that the applicant shall complete the inquiry during this extended period, failing which, this Court may have to pass appropriate orders, as it is not in dispute that the applicant has ample powers to conclude the inquiry even if the employer is not cooperating.
