This is an application seeking restoration of the writ petition whereby the petitioner had put up a challenge to the order passed by the respondentCaste Scrutiny Committee invaliditing his claim as belonging to ' Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe.

Considering the larger interest, since it is a matter of social status and the petitioner is aspiring to pursue medical education having appeared in NEET (UG)-2023, we allow the application and condone the delay and restore the writ petition subject to the condition that the office objections would now be removed by tomorrow.
