The petitioner seeks de-notification of the writ land. 2.

The submission is made on behalf of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (hereinafter referred to 'MIDC'), that the proposal is already forwarded for deletion of writ land in the year - 2012.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions of respondent No. 2, submits that the proposal is further forwarded to the State Government for taking decision upon it. 4.

The respondent No. 1 shall take decision upon the proposal forwarded by the M.I.D.C. for de-notifying the writ land expeditiously, on its own merits and preferably within six (6) months.
