Heard rival submissions. The applicant - Insurance Company is seeking condonation of delay of 811 days which appears to be caused due to Covid-19 Pandemic Situation.

The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 - the original claimants and the learned counsel for respondent No. 6 strongly opposed the application. However, considering the statutory right of the applicant and the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 811 days stands condoned.
