After having heard the learned Advocates for sometime, we direct the Scrutiny Committee to scrutinize and verify the claim of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and within a period of SIX MONTHS from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Until the Scrutiny Committee decides the claim referred to it and renders it's decision, Respondent Nos.1 to 3 shall not take any coercive action, if not already taken, against the Petitioner including terminating the service, on the ground that the Petitioner has failed to
