It appears that as per order dated 24.09.2021, this Court has granted stay to the execution of the impugned award pending the appeal on condition of depositing the entire amount of impugned award by the appellant - Insurance Company. The record shows that the appellant - Insurance Company has deposited the amount of award as per the said order. In view of the same, the application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause -B .
