The petitioner has put forth prayer Clause 'A' as under :- (A) Issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ in the like nature thereby direct the Respondent-Sub Divisional Officer, Biloli Dist.Nanded to forthwith issue corrected tribe certificate in favour of petitioners as belonging to 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe.

The petitioner has already surrendered the defective certificate to the competent authority. The competent authority, subject to scrutiny as regards the authenticity / origin of the defective certificate,

WP 8803-2022 will issue a corrected certificate, in the event there is no legal impediment.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

Subject to the scrutiny of the defective certificate as regards it's authenticity/ origin, the respondent competent authority would issue the corrected certificate to the petitioner, in the event of there being no legal impediment, on or before 21/09/2022.
