The limited grievance of the petitioner is that respondent no.2 is not taking any action pursuant to his representation dated 19.6.2017, the respondent no.3 is not making payment of the sugarcane bill. 3.

The learned A.G.P. states that respondent no.2 would decide the representation on its own merits.

In case the representation dated 19.6.2017 (Exh.'D' Page-29) is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within six months.
