*2* 926.ca.12980.15 application. Alternatively, they pray that the costs may be imposed and the same be donated to the Advocate Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad.
For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay of 417 days is condoned subject to the costs of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) which the Applicants shall deposit with the Advocate Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad within a period of TWO WEEKS from today. After the costs are deposited, all office objections shall be removed within a period of TWO WEEKS thereafter. After the costs are deposited and the objections are removed, the order of the Registrar shall stand recalled and Civil Application (stamp) No.30139/2011 shall be registered.
If the costs are not deposited and the objections are not removed, this order shall stand recalled, the Civil Application shall stand rejected and then the order of the Registrar shall stand restored. kps (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
