The only request put forth by the Petitioner is that his application dated 23.06.2014, filed under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 along with Court fees of Rs.12,200/-, be forwarded to the District Judge at Jalna by way of L.A.R. proceedings.

The learned AGP submits that appropriate time may be granted to trace out the said application, if the same has not been forwarded.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We direct as under:- The office of the District Collector Jalna, shall trace out the proceedings dated 23.06.2014 along with the five India Court Fee bond papers (Rs.12,200/-), towards Court fees and forward the same to the concerned District Court at Jalna within a period of sixty (60) days, if not already forwarded.
