Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had given proposal for regularization of their encroachment. Spot inspection was also conducted, report is also submitted but no final decision has been taken. The petitioners submitted a fresh proposal on 15th July, 2019 (Exh.H, Page 39).

In case the proposal for regularization of encroachment(Exh.H, Page 39) is pending with respondent no.2, then the respondent No.2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits after following due procedure and in accordance with law, preferably within six months. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
