O R D E R :

Learned A.G.P. purports to refer to circumstances under which time stipulation could not be adhered to by the committee, and further refers to that the committee presently is busy in deciding the claims of students for admission to educational courses. Six months extension has been sought. In the circumstances, it would be expedient that the committee decides upon the pending claim of the petitioner by end of April 2021. In view of the aforesaid, the contempt proceedings are dropped.
