The petitioners are challenging the show cause notice dated 23.11.2020 issued by the authority directing the petitioners to remain present.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the petitioners have an alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Aurangabad.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have efficacious alternate remedy, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petitions on merits. 4.

The writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail an alternate remedy. All contentions of the parties are kept open. No costs.

The petitioners may appear before the authority pursuant to the show cause notice issued, file their say and remain present as and when called for.

The authority shall not pass final order pursuant to the impugned show cause notice for a period of seven days so as to enable the petitioners to avail the alternate remedy. 7.
