At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner leave to correct the prayer clause. 2.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner had attained age of superannuation and is retired from service. The validation proceeding in respect of caste claim of the petitioner is pending since 2013 with respondent no. 2. The vigilance is also conducted. The petitioner is not being given the benefit. His validity certificate is not yet received. Considering

wp9150.18 the above we pass following order.

The respondent no. 2 Committee shall decide validation proceeding in respect of the petitioner's claim expeditiously, preferably within three months. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 21.8.2018 and co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

Depending upon the judgment delivered by the Committee further steps shall be taken by the respondent No. 3 with regard retirement benefits to the petitioner immediately.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
