1] Heard learned counsel for the parties. Seen the papers including the application filed by the prisoner - petitioner and in particular paragraph no.2 thereof. Perused the impugned order.

2] The petitioner - prisoner was released on parole. He wants extension of parole. The reason given in paragraph no.2 of the application appears to be bogus.

Cr.WP 1019/15 - 2 - The petition is summarily rejected. This order be informed to the petitioner - prisoner. In view of above, the Commissioner need not pass any order relating to present cause. The professional fees of the Advocate appointed for the petitioner is quantified at Rs.1,000/- (rupees one thousand only).
