Learned A.G.P., on instructions, states that, the petitioners' claims are scheduled before the committee on 4th January 2021 and the committee may be able to decide the claims within a period of three months thereafter. In view of the same, we expect that the committee would adhere to the stipulation as referred to in the statement of learned A.G.P. and decide the claims of the petitioners within the said timeframe. In view of the same, we drop the contempt proceedings.
