PER COURT :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

The affidavit is filed by respondent Nos.2 to 4. Paragraphs No.6, 7 and 8 read thus:- "6.

I say and submit that, on receipt of representation of the affected farmers like petitioners the said mistake was realized and therefore vide Communication dated 02.08.2019 a fresh demand is raised for the damage of crops for the balance amount of 33% of compensation amount as payable to the respective farmers for the damage to their cotton crop on account of bollworm pest attack in kharib season 2017. Hereto annexed and marked as EXHIBIT R-1 is the copy of the Communication dated 02.08.2019. 7.

I say and submit that, considering the fact that, there was a bonafide mistake while demanding and paying amount of compensation in terms of Government Resolution dated 23.02.2018 the same is now being rectified by making demand for the balance amount of compensation payable to the respective farmers including the petitioners for damage to their cotton crops in kharib season 2017.

I say and submit that,t he balance amount payable to the affected farmers including the petitioners in terms of Government Resolution dated 23.02.2018 shall be paid to the petitioners immediately on receipt of the said amount as per the demand raised vide communication dated 02.08.2019. "

In view of the affidavit filed by the respondents, the grievance of the petitioner is taken care of. Respondents will naturally abide by the affidavit filed.

In view of above, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
