Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

Both the learned Advocates for the respective parties inform that the Division Bench of this High Court has already disposed of Writ Petition No. 9960 of 2019 directing Zilla Parishad to prepare proposal with regard to the temporary female health workers on or before 28th August 2023 and submit the same to the Public Health Department, State of Maharashtra.

The Competent Authority is directed to consider the available vacancies of health workers under the Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad and

Ethape ( 2 ) 971-WP-7943-2011 consider the same for grant of regularization as per the seniority. The name of the present respondent-Mohd Arif Abdul Razak appeared at serial No.68 in the said list. Thereafter, there is also a communication by the petitioner to the Director, Public Health Department, Mumbai. 4.

In view of the above, writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.

The communication letter and order of the Division Bench are taken on record and marked 'X' and 'X1" respectively, for the purpose of identification.
