Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's tribe claim is pending before the respondent No.6 Committee. He further submits that there is oral communication by the respondent No.3 that he will not accept examination form of the petitioner until tribe validity certificate is produced. The fact that tribe claim of the petitioner is pending before respondent No.6 committee is not in dispute.

8288.15wp In that view of the matter, ends of justice would meet if the respondents 2 to 5 are directed to accept examination form of the petitioner for 1st year B.H.M.S. Course without insisting for submission of tribe validity certificate; However, upon fulfilling other conditions.

Once the examination form is accepted, it is needless to observe that the petitioner will be permitted to appear for the B.H.M.S. First year examination to be held in the month of November - December, 2015 and his results will be declared.

Petition is disposed of on above terms. Parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order.
